Spread private dentistry costs with our practice plans

Research shows that preventive dentistry delivered on a regular basis greatly reduces the risk of dental disease and provides a platform for a lifetime of improved oral health. We encourage such an approach and with this in mind, we have joined with DPAS to design two dental plans to reward loyal patients. These plans are administered by DPAS, one of the leading providers of dental plan administration schemes, who will make a separate arrangement with you to manage your payments under the plan. 


The plan will provide advantages both to you and to us. It will allow us to plan your dental care more effectively kind provide the best chance of keeping you dentally fit. The advantage for you is that it should reduce the need for future treatment and you will have the peace of mind that all of your preventive dental care will be covered by convenient monthly payments. Our plan also provides a Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme for dental emergencies or dental injuries whilst at home or abroad.


If you're worried about the possibility of needing emergency dental treatment, either at home or when you are on holiday, or you'd just like to spread the cost of your treatment into manageable sums, one of our private dental schemes could be just what you need. 


We offer both Maintenance plans and a complete care plan.

Maintenance Plans

Designed for patients who wish to attend the practice on a regular basis and have peace of mind that their preventive dental care is covered

Benefits include:

Payment by convenient monthly Direct Debit, allowing you to budget

All your preventative dental care is included

 Join immediately. No need for an assessment

10% Discount on treatment fees


Appointment times to suit you whenever possible with priority booking in the event of a dental emergency

Access to a 24-hour dental emergency helpline, 365 days per year. Worldwide supplementary dental injury and emergency insurance.

Maintenance Plan 1

£11.50 per month


Includes:

  • Two dental health examinations per year
  • 10% discount on treatment fees
  • X-rays as required
  • Diet and oral hygiene advice
  • Membership card with 24-hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad
  • Worldwide supplementary dental injury and emergency insurance


Maintenance Plan 2

£19.00 per month


Includes:

  • Two dental health examinations per year
  • TWO hygienist appointments per year including scale & polish
  • 10% discount on treatment fees
  • X-rays as required
  • Diet and oral hygiene advice
  • Membership card with 24-hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad
  • Worldwide supplementary dental injury and emergency insurance


Maintenance Plan 2 + 2

£27.30 per month


Includes:

  • Two dental health examinations per year
  • Four hygienist appointments per year including scale & polish
  • 10% discount on treatment fees
  • X-rays as required
  • Diet and oral hygiene advice
  • Membership card with 24-hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad
  • Worldwide supplementary dental injury and emergency insurance


If you fail to attend your dental and/or hygienist appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice a £25 rebooking fee may apply.

How do I join your Maintenance plans?

There is no need for an assessment. All you have to do is complete a registration form for us and a Direct Debit mandate and authorisation form for DPAS. In addition to your first monthly payment, an initial registration fee of £10 per person will be payable by you to DPAS and will be included in your first Direct Debit payment. If you choose to leave the plan for any reason you can do so by simply giving us one month's notice.

What happens in an emergency?

You will have access to a 24-hour, 365-day worldwide dental emergency helpline, which will endeavour to find an English-speaking dentist to assist you. 

Complete Care Plans

Designed for patients who wish to attend the practice on a regular basis and have peace of mind that all their routine dental care is covered

Benefits include:

Payment by convenient monthly Direct Debit, allowing you to budget

All your routine dental care is included

 Join immediately. No need for an assessment

10% Discount on treatment fees


Appointment times to suit you whenever possible with priority booking in the event of a dental emergency

Access to a 24-hour dental emergency helpline, 365 days per year. Worldwide supplementary dental injury and emergency insurance.

Complete Care Plan

from £16.87 per month


Includes:

  • Two dental health examinations per year
  • Four hygienist appointments per year
  • 10% discount on treatment fees
  • X-rays as required
  • Diet and oral hygiene advice
  • Membership card with 24-hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad
  • Worldwide supplementary dental injury and emergency insurance


Our plan also covers the following when clinically necessary:

  • Fillings
  • Standard root canal treatment (specialist referrals excluded)
  • Crown and bridge work (laboratory fees excluded)


Does not include:

  • Cosmetic dentistry
  • Referrals to specialists
  • Laboratory fees
  • Implants
  • Orthodontics


Treatment not covered by this plan can be paid for separately.

How do I join your complete care plan?

We carry out an assessment with the dentist first to ensure that our plan will meet your needs and you will be advised of the monthly amount to pay to cover all your routine dental treatment and the charges for management and administration payable by you to DPAS.
